This week we’re changing up the Solo Feature in BattleBlock Theater! You can have fun and be number one just by going to Furbottoms Features in the game. The best part is that you’ll be getting a special prisoner when you finish up all the levels.

Alien Hominid 2 Happy birthday to our adorable Flash buddy, Alien Hominid! A short flash version of the game first came out on Newgrounds in 2002 and has been played over 20 million times! Since 2002, we’ve brought the game to numerous consoles including Nintendo GameCube, Playstation 2, Xbox, Game Boy Advance and finally Xbox 360.
 
In honor of this anniversary, we have unlocked a few special items in BattleBlock Theater so you can play as the alien or FBI guy!

Here’s how to unlock these characters:
 
XBLA Players:
–Alien : If you own Alien Hominid HD on Xbox 360, then you will automatically unlock the Alien in BattleBlock Theater once you’ve received an achievement in both games. This is forever-ever.

 

–FBI Agent1 : Just head towards an online area in BattleBlock Theater and this prisoner will be freed. This is a limited time only! Get it within the next few days of this post.

 

Steam Players:
–Alien : Since Alien Hominid is not available on Steam, this is one of the rare chances to get this prisoner into your entourage! Get it soon!

 

–FBI Agent1 : This friendly foe is also available for a limited time on Steam. Get it soon and battle it out with the Alien in the arena!
