It’s that time of year where we get fancy new gear to give holiday cheer! We’ve just added several merch items to our Online Store!

The Pit People Fighter Hoodie that you see above has never been shown or sold before today. The design is based on one of our most popular Pit People t-shirt designs, but in a warm and cozy pullover hoodie edition. Now you can still show off your favorite Pit People creatures even on the coldest days of winter!

The photo has the hoodie modeled by our very own Ian Moreno. For those of you who have played the Pit People demo or beta, you may recognize his voice as Yosef — oh, and he’s also one of our game developers and makes music too! The rest of the items below are also modeled by Ian with the exception of the baby onesies (we tried but it just didn’t work). Click on any image below to go to the Store page.

PAX West 2016 – Day 2 & Day 3 Recap

The days at PAX West have been flying by quickly. We had a busy weekend since we had non-stop lines for Pit People on Saturday and Sunday.

We did another round of giveaways in the mornings with Pit People bags and lanyards. (Those bags go quick so make sure to get to our booth early if you’re here for Day 4!)

The narrator in BattleBlock Theater and Pit People, Will Stamper, has been roaming around PAX West this weekend. While we haven’t had schedule autograph signings, you may see him around our booth in the afternoons.

Saturday night, we held a mixer with friends of The Behemoth and The Research Centaur. John had a short speech to spotlight some of the recent successes of the devs that were present and encouraged everyone to mingle. (It was endearing!)

On Sunday, we had a visit from a Castle Crashers Green Knight. He was a sweetheart with lots of love for our Pit People cupcake.

We also had a few unexpected guests who played our Pit People co-op demo. Seems like they liked it!

After days of setting up the booth, this is the final product! We have 12 Pit People single player stations, 6 Pit People 2 player co-op stations, a huge gift shop, and we have an arcade with Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theater on the side!

On Day 1, we started off the day with a Press Breakfast at our booth and we announced the Steam closed beta dates. If you haven’t done it already, be sure to sign up for our closed beta!

And for those who are looking for something new and fun to do, we’ve got our 2-player co-op demos that are new to PAX West! Players get to use our custom built arcade sticks that we modified just for Pit People.
