PAX West 2018 – High Score Challenge + Mystery Machine Reveal

This year we’ll be busting out a daily High Score Challenge at our PAX West booth from 10AM-4PM PST! Win stuff! Beat your friends! Make new enemies! Go home with all the loot!

Stations:

Alien Hominid HD – lock ‘n load, it is speedrun time!

Back Off Barbarian – outlive your friends and your enemies!

Super Soviet Missile Mastar 4.0 – can you go the distance in this beloved classic?

How it Works:

Get the high score on any of the designated stations, enter your initials, take a pic (old school) of your score, post it on Instagram with the corresponding hashtags :

#PAXWest2018

At the end of the day if you are the high score, you WIN!. Just come back to the booth to claim your prize.

Prizes:

The daily high score winner on each station wins up to $100 in pre-determined Behemoth merch.

Rules & Regs:

If you get the high score on any game, just take a pic of the leaderboard with your score and post it to #DidIWinBehemoth #PAXWest2018 on Instagram.

Daily winners will be announced at 430PM and have until 530PM to claim their prize. If the winner does not show up or contact us, the next high score will win.

One mega prize per person per game per show per the rules. So, if you win the high score on Saturday, please sit on your hands for that particular game. But if you are a Wizard, maybe you can win the high score on ALL games…

Oh, and you can try as many times as your lil’ heart desires.

RTX 2018 Recap

Last week marked our sixth year exhibiting at RTX in Austin, TX. It’s been an ongoing love affair with a city that never disappoints and show unlike any other. We’ve watched fans grow over the years, as in literally grow tall, some with full beards, and others with full on grown up jobs now. How time flies.

This year was a tad different in that we had a very new and different booth theme.

Masterminded by Lee & Mariel, the Behemoth Backyard BBQ was a fun concept that in execution was easily a direct hit on the pleasure center of everyone’s brain.

It garnered a ton of sweet and positive feedback from both attendees and exhibitors. Chonku capsules served up in grills and ice coolers, grass under your feet, and wood fencing that was just as much comforting as it was out of place. (Unless you were at a Home & Garden Tradeshow I suppose?)

Thank you to everyone who came by, chatted, played along with our theme, played our games, and felt some grass between their toes. We had a lovely time and hope you did too!
