We want to Troll you

Roses are red, violets are blue, we want to make a troll out of you. At 2014 PAX East Booth 512.

You may act like it on the internet, or you may do it while you game, so why not pick up the newest t-shirts we’re bringing to PAX East and become one with the Troll? Not talking about this, and definitely not this.

We’re talking about walking away with one of these trolls on your body:

And finally, the monster of all trolls…our PAX East 2014 exclusive t-shirt! Below is a photo of the design as well as a video to show how we created this from start to finish! Video footage courtesy of our artist, Eric Haddad.

Note: We do not encourage trolling on the internet. It’s not nice.

This is not an April Fool’s Day joke!

PAX East – Pinny Arcade Pins!

Our merchandise team has been working towards the upcoming PAX East show that starts on April 11th in Boston. Penny Arcade just announced some third party pins on Friday and our new pin designs were part of that post! Look at our shiny new collectibles:

The four new pins are the second set of Pinny Arcade pins we’ve come out with. Each represent our company and games (from left to right): the Alien from Alien Hominid, The Behemoth company logo, Golden Whale from BattleBlock Theater, and Pink Knight from Castle Crashers. Pins are limited in quantity, with only one thousand of each Series Two pin!

All our Pinny Arcade pins are blind boxed in our Chonku Chonku capsule machines. PAX East attendees can buy the coins for the machine at our gift shop at Booth 512.

PAX East attendees will also have a chance to get some pins from our Series One set that we first brought to PAX Prime 2013. Series One pins are also blind boxed in Chonku Chonku machines and there are very, very limited quantities left for Series One pins, so get them soon!

Come engage in trading madness and merriment!

Play Castle Crashers Steam with Gameplay 2

gameplay2CC
Another exciting and innovative way of playing Castle Crashers Steam Edition is coming your way by the makers of Gestureworks Gameplay! This summer, Android users will also be able to link up their devices to specific Steam games, including Castle Crashers on PC. Version 2 of Gameplay will allow players to co-op using their touch devices as the Android phones and tablets turn into fully customizable Virtual Controllers.

Version 2 allows up to four players to be connected for use in co-op and multiplayer games. While the Virtual Controllers can emulate the joystick, buttons, D-pad, and other controls of a standard game control, the easy-to-use drag and drop interface allows for so much more customization. Opacity, size, and sensitivity can all be adjusted and there are even game-specific skins available such as for Castle Crashers with each of the four controllers showing a unique color and character from the game.

See how you can battle Catfish and Barbarians with your friends using Gameplay 2:
