It’s go time!!! Pit People Xbox One closed beta starts TODAY and runs until September 15!
We’ve started emailing beta codes and they’ll be sent throughout the day in batches. All the beta testers will be in game soon enough!
You can continue to register for the Xbox One closed beta but it may take a day or so for us to get your registration and email out the invites.
If you’d prefer to join our closed beta on Steam, you can register here. The Pit People Steam closed beta will run from September 28 – October 5.

PAX West 2016 – Day 2 & Day 3 Recap
The days at PAX West have been flying by quickly. We had a busy weekend since we had non-stop lines for Pit People on Saturday and Sunday.

We did another round of giveaways in the mornings with Pit People bags and lanyards. (Those bags go quick so make sure to get to our booth early if you’re here for Day 4!)
The narrator in BattleBlock Theater and Pit People, Will Stamper, has been roaming around PAX West this weekend. While we haven’t had schedule autograph signings, you may see him around our booth in the afternoons.
Saturday night, we held a mixer with friends of The Behemoth and The Research Centaur. John had a short speech to spotlight some of the recent successes of the devs that were present and encouraged everyone to mingle. (It was endearing!)
On Sunday, we had a visit from a Castle Crashers Green Knight. He was a sweetheart with lots of love for our Pit People cupcake.
We also had a few unexpected guests who played our Pit People co-op demo. Seems like they liked it!
The energy has been super positive this PAX West and we’re excited for one last day of the con! Come by to say goodbye if you’re still here <3
PAX West 2016 – Day 1 Recap
After days of setting up the booth, this is the final product! We have 12 Pit People single player stations, 6 Pit People 2 player co-op stations, a huge gift shop, and we have an arcade with Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theater on the side!
On Day 1, we started off the day with a Press Breakfast at our booth and we announced the Steam closed beta dates. If you haven’t done it already, be sure to sign up for our closed beta!
If you’re at PAX West this weekend, come by our booth early in the morning to grab some schwag! We give out a limited number of bags and lanyards everyday.
And for those who are looking for something new and fun to do, we’ve got our 2-player co-op demos that are new to PAX West! Players get to use our custom built arcade sticks that we modified just for Pit People.
