San Diego Comic-Con: 2019 Edition

It is once again the time of year where strangers flood the streets of San Diego in search of the next big pop-culture phenomenon or their favorite actor… and we’re coming to be a part of it all!

The Behemoth team will be headed to San Diego Comic-Con from July 17th through July 21st for 4 and a half days of craziness. Make the long, long journey to the ends of the Earth Hall A to find us at Booth #329, where we’ll be waiting with games to play and merch to sell!

That’s right – this year, we’ll have merch AND games to share with attendees. Play Castle Crashers for the Nintendo Switch with one hand, and then use your other hand to pick up a Pink Knight hat for yourself!

Steam Summer Sale 2019

Buckle your pants swim trunks, put on your summer shades, and splash into some splendid news!

From now until July 9th at 10 AM PT, all of The Behemoth’s games on Steam are on sale as a part of the Steam Grand Prix Summer Sale!

Pick up a copy of Castle Crashers or BattleBlock Theater for you or a friend for a whopping 80% OFF! Or, spend your summer in the pit – Pit People will be 40% OFF for the entirety of the sale, which runs until 10 AM PT, on Tuesday, July 5th.

It’s up to you to decide if you want to spend your summer crashing castles, performing on stage, or setting out on new quests, but don’t forget that everything is better with friends! Each one of our games offers hours of local and online co-op gameplay that will make your adventures just a little bit more fun.

As an added bonus, Pit People players will be able to play the game as a part of the Steam Grand Prix event, where you’ll compete against other players in a race to earn special Steam rewards! Be sure to check back for in-game Pit People missions to complete that will help your team rise to the top. You can learn more about the event on Steam’s website here.

PAX East 2019 Recap

Another PAX has come and gone. We spent 4 wonderful days in Boston showing off our latest games, selling some new merchandise, raffling off custom painted Joy-Cons, and most importantly just getting a chance to meet everyone and talk about video games.

Below is an assortment of pictures from our adventures during the show. Thank you to everyone for stopping by the booth, you provide us with life energy that we use to create more games. Thank you for your life energies!

Lastly, none of this would be possible without the hard work from everyone below. It takes us 3 days to setup our booth, and then another 8-10 hours to tear it all down. We use 2.7 bottles of hand sanitizer each day, shake or fist bump about 100 hands daily, and most importantly we had to sacrifice our sanity by being next to the Mixer booth which played nothing but the most annoying Fortnite sounds you could imagine non stop everyday.
